Hello… my name is Pascal – I was born in Antigua and I’m a retired bank manager, who now enjoys giving personalized tours of my exquisite gardens as a proud farmer. My wife Sueli hails from Brazil and she not only speaks Portuguese but is also very fluent in English. She absolutely enjoys serving up culinary delights for our guests.

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful twin island home of Antigua and Barbuda; where land and sea make beauty. There are so many white and pink sandy beaches to choose from – you can enjoy one for everyday of the year.

As faithful believers in Christ, we not only enjoy serving our community through our local church; but we also enjoy hosting visitors who are looking to getaway and enjoy Eco Secluded Hospitality at our Tropical Garden Cottage in Antigua.

Our Cottage

Atmosphere

We are located in a quiet village community and our cottage is appealing for layovers, honeymooners, business trips or just about anyone who is just looking for a fully self-contained unit to getaway.

Property Type

Our (400) square feet - (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom - holiday apartment with a full kitchen, has an additional (300) square feet private patio and courtyard space that overlooks a tropical garden for short and long term stays.

Amenities

Enjoy a fully air-conditioning (AC) room with FREE WIFI internet, a smart TV with access to cable TV channels, a washer, a full kitchen and much more.

The Bedroom

Bedding

Relax away in a queen-sized bed and enjoy access to a closet with hangers, reading lights, a smart TV, charging station outlets, a CD player, an alarm clock radio, a steam iron with board and also a safety LockBox for your valuables.

Occupancy

We can accommodate a single adult or a couple; as such the minimum age for check-in is (18) years old. There is no space for a crib and limited space for any extra beds. As such this property is not suitable for children.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed and neither is smoking (inside or even outside). We do not accommodate bachelor(ette) parties or similar type of events. We kindly ask all guests to keep a respectful noise level throughout their stay.

The Bathroom

Essentials

Toiletries are provided including but not limited to body lotion, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, toiler paper and disposable toothbrushes.

Facilities

The bathroom is equipped with a detachable shower head, hot and cold water, mirrors, a face basin, toilet, hair dryer, first aid kit and a cabinet with makeup remover.

Laundry

Bed linen, as well as bath towels are provided for your convenience. There is also a washing machine available on site for use throughout your stay.

The Kitchen

Culinary Space

Whether you intend to cook in for yourself or experience some local cuisines, you can choose to dine inside the cottage or outside within the courtyard.

Appliances

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a range of appliances including a fridge, 4 burner stove with an oven, a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, BBQ grill, toaster and blender.

Utensils

We also provide a full set of cooking pots, baking and pizza pans, plates, bowls, knives, forks, spoons, cups and glasses for your use.

Enjoy the cool island breeze and surround yourself with the tranquility of nature when you chill out on our patio bench or around the (4) chair dining table set within the private courtyard.

Fire up your favorite food on our propane powered grill and don't be afraid to mix it up with fresh ingredients from our surrounding gardens.

We are very passionate about the environment and as we continue to cultivate more plant varieties in our gardens; it is all done in a manner to ensure that we maintain an eco-friendly balance with our surroundings.

Guests are more than welcomed to harvest and eat any of the produce that might be in season within the gardens throughout their stay with us.
