The minimum age for check-in is (18) years old. There is no space for a crib and limited space for any extra beds. As such this property is not suitable for children. This is a NO SMOKING property. Pets are not allowed and neither are bachelor(ette) parties or similar type events.

Pricing:

To secure a booking a 50% deposit of guest reservation rates will be required.

The following government fees will be incurred for all bookings:
Levy – $5 USD per person per night
VAT – 17% ABST per on booking rates

Please note: a standard cleaning fee of $50 USD will be incurred for all bookings.

Cancellations:

Please note: Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation date.

To cancel your booking it is compulsory to write an email or call us at least 48 hours in advance.
